Danielle Oliver

MSW, LCSW

Hi! I’m Danielle. Thanks for stopping by my page. Throughout my life, I have had the inner knowing that I want to help people. As a therapist, I strive to build a trusting relationship with clients and provide a safe space for transformation. It is with safety and connection that we can begin to heal and grow. I feel honored to hold space and witness clients blossom into their true, authentic self.

I received my Master in Social Work degree from Walla Walla University (Missoula campus) in 2019, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Colorado and Montana. My social work experience ranges across many settings including adolescent residential treatment, school-based social work, Veteran’s and mental health treatment court, substance abuse treatment, and domestic violence. I have also worked as an acute care hospital social worker in Denver, covering various units including the emergency department, orthopedics, oncology, cardiac, and progressive care unit.

I am Austrian-American, born and raised in beautiful Whitefish, Montana (while traveling to Austria often). A musician, singer-songwriter, and creative writer at heart, you might find me playing music or attending a live music event when I’m not wearing my therapist hat. Nature is my sanctuary and I often enjoy skiing and hiking in the majestic mountains of both Colorado and Montana. I’m also interested in spirituality, alternative health and wellness, and astrology. My passion for animals started at a very young age and has since led me into periods of volunteer work with rescue organizations and wildlife rehabilitation. In addition, my own experience with grief/loss and healing journey from Lymes disease has created depth of empathy and understanding for those struggling with loss and chronic illness.
