EMDR Consultation
Weather you are embarking on your journey of becoming fully EMDR certified, or if you would simply like support enhancing your EMDR skills, consultation can be a supportive, caring place to explore together.
What I Offer
Consultation is a crucial space for clinical growth, emotional insight, and greater connection with ourselves as therapists. This work is meaningful, yet we often hold others’ grief and hardship, with no where for that heaviness to go at the end of the day. Consultation can be a sacred space for gaining support and connection with those in our field who truly “get it”.
I will be hosting a new consultation group starting October 16th, 2026! Please see “Group Consultation” tab below for more details.

I offer individual consultation with therapists over zoom telehealth. My consultation sessions are 60 minutes of focused attention and support for your EMDR practice. We may use the time to explore tough cases, integrate parts work or polyvagal theory, connect to your own creative process, and hold space for yourself as therapist.
-
I offer group EMDR consultation for those seeking EMDRIA certification and also for those who are just needing a little support with their EMDR practice. Group can be a fantastic way to gain support for your clients and yourself, connect with others in the field, AND learn from other group members too. Groups are limited to 4 participants and typically meet monthly. Please reach out for current scheduling options!
NEW OFFERING STARTING OCTOBER 16th
I will be hosting a new monthly drop-in EMDR consultation group. This group will support clinicians who resonate with being highly sensitive, artistic, creative, musical, or who simply desire to connect to their inner child through creativity. The group will hold space for you and your creative process as you develop as a therapist practicing EMDR. We will hit on specific pain points that you or your clients might encounter such as:
Creative Blocks due to "blank mind", perfectionism, and being stuck in survival response
Performance anxiety impacted by "stage fright" or industry pressure
Internalized competitiveness due to patriarchal constructs that promote isolation and disconnection
Chronic rejection that can lead to depressed states
Moral injury that occurs at the intersection of creative self and capitalism
People pleasing/fawn response in relationships and abuse recovery
Chronic illness in highly sensitive people
We will cover basic EMDR skills, the AIP model, and the EMDR 8 phases, while incorporating creative expression, parts work, and somatic work to assist with helping clients access adaptive material and move through blocked reprocessing. This group will by largely directed by cases brought in by consultees, however there will also be time dedicated to experiencing creativity as the clinician.
The group is limited to 4 participants and will be held on the 3rd Friday of the month at 10am MT starting October 16th, 2026. The group will be 75 minutes, rate is $60/group, and be held over Zoom.
*I am open to exploring a different time if the current time is not mutually agreeable by participants

Per EMDRIA’s requirements, in order to receive consultation from me, you will need to be fully licensed and have already completed your basic EMDR training Levels 1 and 2, completed all required consultation hours for your basic training, and received your Level 1 and 2 Certificate of Completion. If you are hoping to advance to pursue full EMDR certification, consultation hours (individual or group) can be applied towards EMDRIA certification requirements. If you have completed basic training and are not seeking certification, you can still receive consultation as support for complex cases or to enhance your EMDR skills.
-
If you have completed EMDR Basic Training Levels 1 & 2 and have received your certificate of completion, you can pursue becoming an approved EMDRIA Certified Therapist. The cerfication process requires 20 hours of consultation. A minimum of 10 hours must be individual consultation, while the remaining 10 hours can be individual or group consultation. As a Consultant-In-Training, I am approved to provide you up to 15 hours of consultation (either individual or group), while the remaining 5 hours must be completed with an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. For more details on the EMDRIA Certified Therapist requirements, please visit: https://www.emdria.org/emdr-training/emdr-certification-2/

The great thing about consultation is that typical licensing/telehealth regulations for therapy do not apply to consultation. This means I can see consultees virtually anywhere in the world!
If you are located in the Flathead Valley, Montana and would like to meet in person for consultation, please discuss options with me directly.
Consultation with Me
My special focus and experience lies in supporting trauma, anxiety, relational issues and people pleasing patterns, Highly Sensitive People, deep feelers and creatives, musicians, and spirituality. I embrace inclusivity, liberation, and feminism as orientations in my work, and consider myself a “neuroaffirming humble” therapist who dedicates ongoing learning to support the ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD communities.
I believe the best therapists are never done learning! I feel honored to have learned from some of the most amazing supervisors and consultants in Colorado, and have completed my basic Level 1 and 2 EMDR training as well as multiple advanced trainings through the Trauma Therapist Institute. I pursued additional education and consultation in order to become a fully recognized EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA and am now considered an approved EMDRIA Consultant-In-Training.
Consultation has been the single most important step I’ve taken in becoming an EMDR clinician. Prior to becoming a therapist, some of my experiences as a client receiving EMDR therapy were sadly not very positive, so when I began pursuing my EMDR journey, I felt it was vital to hone-in my clinical skills to really learn both the science and the art of EMDR. Through my process, I quickly learned that polyvagal theory and parts work could be beautiful counterparts to supporting EMDR and have since embarked on a path of integrating these models into EMDR practice.
Music and creativity have always defined me, and they have also been part of my healing journey from serious illness. As my work as a therapist has evolved, I have naturally been drawn to include the creative process more. I have found creativity and flow can be brought into both the therapy and consultation rooms to create magic with EMDR. If you are a clinician who also identifies as highly sensitive, a deep-feeler, or just longs to reconnect with their inner child through creativity, we may be a good fit for working together!
“We are all just walking each other home.”
