EMDR Consultation

Weather you are embarking on your journey of becoming fully EMDR certified, or if you would simply like support enhancing your EMDR skills, consultation can be a supportive, caring place to explore together.

What I Offer

Consultation is a crucial space for clinical growth, emotional insight, and greater connection with ourselves as therapists. This work is meaningful, yet we often hold others’ grief and hardship, with no where for that heaviness to go at the end of the day. Consultation can be a sacred space for gaining support and connection with those in our field who truly “get it”.

I will be hosting a new consultation group starting October 16th, 2026! Please see “Group Consultation” tab below for more details.

Consultation with Me

My special focus and experience lies in supporting trauma, anxiety, relational issues and people pleasing patterns, Highly Sensitive People, deep feelers and creatives, musicians, and spirituality. I embrace inclusivity, liberation, and feminism as orientations in my work, and consider myself a “neuroaffirming humble” therapist who dedicates ongoing learning to support the ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD communities.

I believe the best therapists are never done learning! I feel honored to have learned from some of the most amazing supervisors and consultants in Colorado, and have completed my basic Level 1 and 2 EMDR training as well as multiple advanced trainings through the Trauma Therapist Institute. I pursued additional education and consultation in order to become a fully recognized EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA and am now considered an approved EMDRIA Consultant-In-Training.

Consultation has been the single most important step I’ve taken in becoming an EMDR clinician. Prior to becoming a therapist, some of my experiences as a client receiving EMDR therapy were sadly not very positive, so when I began pursuing my EMDR journey, I felt it was vital to hone-in my clinical skills to really learn both the science and the art of EMDR. Through my process, I quickly learned that polyvagal theory and parts work could be beautiful counterparts to supporting EMDR and have since embarked on a path of integrating these models into EMDR practice.

Music and creativity have always defined me, and they have also been part of my healing journey from serious illness. As my work as a therapist has evolved, I have naturally been drawn to include the creative process more. I have found creativity and flow can be brought into both the therapy and consultation rooms to create magic with EMDR. If you are a clinician who also identifies as highly sensitive, a deep-feeler, or just longs to reconnect with their inner child through creativity, we may be a good fit for working together!

We are all just walking each other home.
